Our new Australia warehouse will officially start operation on Nov 1st, 2024. Our old Australia warehouse will automatically transfer your shipments to the new warehouse for further processing from Nov 1st to Nov 26th, 2024, and extra processing days will be required for those shipments which reach the old Australia warehouse.
Please note our old Australia warehouse will stop receiving shipments after Nov 26th, 2024. All shipments arriving at the old warehouse after this date will then be regarded as abandoned without any further notice.
The new address of our Australia warehouse will be updated to the Member Centre > Warehouse page on Oct 30th, 2024. Please remember to update the shipping address on Australia shopping websites to enjoy a better experience of our forwarding services. If you have a pre-order addressed to our Australia warehouse, you are also advised to contact your seller for updating the shipping address to our new warehouse address.
