Please note that due to the relocation of our Japan Ibaraki warehouse, the final receiving date for parcels delivered to the existing warehouse is 30 January 2027 (Saturday). Please be aware that any parcels delivered to the old warehouse address after this date will not be accepted or processed.
The new warehouse address is expected to be announced within this month under “Member Centre > Warehouse Address”. Once announced, please use the new warehouse address for all future shipments.
If you have any existing pre-orders or subscription services, please contact the seller as soon as possible to update the delivery address to the new warehouse address, or ensure that your parcels are delivered on or before the final receiving date mentioned above.
