Important Note

  • If the customer fails to fill out the member ID AEXXXXXX on the shipment, the order will be discarded
  • Please fill-in the Billing Address with your name (not the member ID that begins with “AE”) if you are using the warehouse address as your Billing Address
  • If your payment is failed after filling in our warehouse address as your Billing Address, please try to use your own address
  • If there is only one line available for the “Address”, please combine the all lines of the address together. Otherwise, please remain the address lines separated
  • If there is error for the ZipCode or Tel when you are filling in the form, please try to remove the “-“ in the middle of the numbers
