Please remind your seller to fill in your Buyandship member ID correctly as the receiver’s name and to send your parcels to our overseas warehouse addresses by using a courier which can provide tracking numbers and sign for your goods.
If the customer fails to fill out the member ID AEXXXXXX on the shipment, the order will be discarded
The shopping site may automatically change the Town / City to SOUTHSEA. You can keep it to SOUTHSEA, or change it to PORTSMOUTH manually
Please make sure that member ID AEXXXXXX is filled in as your last name
Please fill-in the Billing Address with your name (not the member ID that begins with “AE”) if you are using the warehouse address as your Billing Address
If your payment is failed after filling in our warehouse address as Billing address, please try to use your own address
If there is only one line available for the “Address”, please combine the all lines of the address together. Otherwise, please remain the address lines separated
If there is any error for the ZipCode or Tel when you are filling in the form, please try to remove the “-“ in the middle of the numbers.
- Parcels are lack of a correct member ID or a tracking number, we can not trace nor track the owner of parcels. Under this circumstance, Buyandship will not be liable for any parcel lost.
- If a shipment does not provide a tracking number and an attached proof of receipt with the name, in the event that it cannot be traced, Buyandship will not be liable for any lost shipments.
